Here's our story.
Firefly’s story is one with a foundation built on service. Starting as a team of one, Adam Jones, Firefly’s CEO, has always been fanatical about client service and that value shines through today. While that commitment was ten years ago now, the growing team still holds this perspective with clients every day.
In 2010, Adam started Firefly MSP in St. Joseph, Missouri. Services offered were fast and personable and largely functioned as an IT helpdesk for clients. Since that time Firefly has not only grown in number of clients and employees, but also in the solutions offered.
In 2019, Adam moved to San Diego to expand the Firefly reach to a new market. In addition to a new location, Firefly has broadened horizons to provide more comprehensive services to clients.
While providing IT helpdesk and technology support services are still a benefit offered to current clients, Firefly now offers incrementally more options for clients to provide proactive strategic guidance as a fully managed service provider.
The friendly nature of any employee working at Firefly MSP can be seen in the early days and even now. Whether it’s bringing donuts into a project or going onsite at midnight for a server outage, the Firefly team has your back.
